The ‘Edith May Trading Company’ regularly host a wide variety of events aboard the barge, ranging from music nights to book signings, high quality dining to artists exhibitions.

Saturday 28th January – An evening with the ‘Vocalion Jazz Band’. A popular local band playing aboard the barge for the first time. Music begins 1930hrs, hatches open 1900hrs. Tickets £10. SOLD OUT
Saturday 11th and Tuesday 14th February – ‘Valentines Night’ – A very special evening aboard the barge at the most romantic time of year. Enjoy a delicious, top quality, three course meal whilst harpist Tessa Billington and guitarist Sam Palacios serenade you. Spaces are extremely limited and reservations are now being taken. Menu to be announced. £40 a head.
Saturday 25th February – ‘Skinners Rats’ – Self-styled as the ‘best barndance band in the business’, the ‘Skinners Rats’ are a popular crowd-pleasing duo who perform a mix of English, Scots and Irish folk music. Highly entertaining and dynamic, it is an evening not to be missed!

Saturday 3rd March – ‘The Bubbleband’ – A versatile and hugely entertaining fiddle-led, bass-driven fourpiece offering a dynamic fusion of tradition and originality with an exciting contemporary edge. Saturday 10th March – ‘Moveable Feast’ – A talented group who play a mix of popular songs and their own material made up from such diverse elements as celtic rock, latin, reggae, ska, rai, african, jazz, cajun, klezmer, musette, english folk and pop.
